Mô tả công việc
- HR management work:
* Support the management and take charge all HR related issues including company policies.
* Recruitment, training.
* Payroll, year-end bonus, and personal income tax.
* Social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, personal accident insurance.
* Annual leave, allowances.
* Annual staff performance appraisal, promotion and salary increase/ adjustment.
* Periodical staff get-togethers; annual dinner; annual holiday trip, annual management retreat.
* Annual health checkup; staff suggestion.
- Office administration-related work:
* Carry out office administration assignments including distribution of office supplies (stationeries, necessities, cleaning items, drinks, toners, petrol, miscellaneous items).
* Maintenance of office and IT equipment and system (fax, photocopy machines, telephone sets, computers, scanners, ADSL lines and servers, LAN network, telephone charge recording system, office furniture, filing cabinets).
* Office cleaning; meeting room arrangement and room for rent service; administration of Company‘s own vehicles and vehicles hired (arrange vehicles for staff to go on an assignment, repair, maintenance, insurance and liquidation of old vehicles).
* Visa, passport, and work permits; booking; reception; preparation of regulatory and statistics reports as required by relevant State and Government agencies.
* ISO 9001, Risk Management.
- Staff supervision: Supervise, guide, assign work and provide support to HR and admin staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by GD/ HR Group.

- At least 5 years’ experience in the domain of HR and administrative management and operation.
- Proficiency in English speaking, writing, reading and listening.

- At least 5 years’ experience in the domain of HR and administrative management and operation.
