Mô tả công việc
01. Support HR&GA Manager to set up & monitor all department jobs work well.
02. Control manpower planning based on Budget headcount of all departments.
03. Recruit and hire management level
04. Plan & conduct yearly budget of HR & GA department
05. Give orientation to new staffs and workers
06. Plan and monitor the probation evaluation and labor contract control
07. Manage and supervise all HR & GA staffs jobs
08. Implement useful HR software and follow up to ensure it runs well
09. Create internal announcement, HR report, report to outside labor authorities.
10. Manage and register Company regulation & Labor collective agreement with Labor authority
11. Manage compensation and benefit administration for all employees.
12. Complete Payroll for all staffs,payment request monthly for all employees. And, Bonus for Vietnamese employees.
13. Encourage all departments to set up & complete Performance appraisal as schedule. And, ensure all department implemented IDP/LDP as their plan
14. Manage Social insurance Health insurance Jobless insurance
15. Manage Personal income tax monthly report and yearly balance.
16. Coordinate with Trade Union to support employee s difficult cases
17. Take part in and support the activities in ISO, internal & external audit
18. Participate in company committee s activities
19. Cooperate with other departments for company activities
20. Implement and check the update, application and retaining of policies and requirements of the Vietnam law (Law on enterprise, tax, investment, labor, fire regulations on health-industrial safety & hygiene, environmental protection) and the above Code of Conducts to ensure the compatibility of the system and practices of the company in accordance with such requirements. Frequency of reporting: monthly.
21. On behalf of the Company to act on the internal and external activities regarding the implementation of the requirements of Amfori BSCI System Manual and report to Amfori BSCI Executive&Supervisory Board

01. Bachelor degree
02. At least 10 years of HR&GA experience in HR Management
03. Strong leadership, presentation and communication skill
04. Proactive, problem solving, creativity, energetic and passion to work for success
05. Good at computer literacy, labor law and other law concerned
06. Eager to work independent and team
07. Good command of English both speaking and writing
