Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team, supporting a variety of functions across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding/Marketing. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, work directly with senior team members, and contribute to real projects that impact the company’s growth and culture.
Talent Acquisition (TA) Support
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for tech and non-tech roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Post and update job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards).
Help maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
HR Operations & Admin
Support onboarding activities such as collecting documents, and assisting new hires.
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Assist with organizing internal activities and employee engagement events.
Marketing & Employer Branding
Contribute ideas and content for employer branding campaigns on social platforms.
Support the creation of visuals, social media posts, and recruitment communications.
Assist in planning and participating in job fairs, university events, and campus campaigns.
Collect content for internal newsletters or culture
Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and employer branding.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn & Facebook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proactive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
