Mô tả công việc
- End to end coordination of training programs (from pre to post training stage).
- Work with Trainers to plan training programs and make training calendar
- Coordinate and organize class logistics such as training rooms, conference rooms, and video conferencing equipment and prepare and assemble all learning materials and supplies
- Request and/or procure supplies and equipment to ensure smooth execution of training programs
- Track all classes and ensure 100% survey response rate from participants
- Manage, track, and monthly report of training programs
- Be diligent in managing our learning system, ensuring that all training data in the country is promptly and accurately updated.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI and report on them monthly.
- Continuously review procedures and implement improvements with feedback
- Utilize gamification to ignite the learning culture
- Observe training courses and contribute to frequent meet-ups of trainers
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
- Works at Can Tho
