● Analyze the business and market requirements and internal related departments requirements such as RnD, Growth, CDX and Operations.
● Review technical requirements produced by other team members.
● Manage project team to deliver on-time and on-budget.
Development (40%):
● Produce technical requirements includes ERD, Use-case Diagram, Site-map, Process Flow and Description, UX/UI.
● Produce Integration Test checklist which need to apply in both Manual testing and Automation testing.
● Perform self-review to quality the outcome yourself.
Quality Control (30%):
● Conduct cross-review the outcome of team members to provide independent and transparent quality point of view as well as assure trustable quality on the outcome of the team.
● Conduct integration testing manually for the feature/function/module which is developed by other team members to provide independent and transparent quality point of view as well as assure trustable quality on the shippable software.
Improvement (10%):
● Conduct demonstrations for the stakeholders to satisfy the expectations of stakeholders as well as gathering new opportunities for improvement.
● Conduct retrospective to produce lesson learnt as well as improvement actions plan.
● Self-learning plan to improve yourself in relevant skills and technical.
● Age: 25 - 30
● Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or Programming or similar certification.
● Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Figma, Viso or similar diagram tools.
● Knowledge of software testing and quality control.
● Knowledge in Agile Scrum working model
● At least 1-year experience in business analyst and quality control.
● Knowledge of cloud applications such as PaaS and SaaS.
● Confident, energetic, hardworking.
● Open and ready to change mindset.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to communicate in English. TOEIC 650 or higher.
● End-user support experience is a plus.

Working conditions
● Working hours: Hybrid 50-50 model which 50% is remotely working and 50% is offsite working. Working hours will no more than 48h/week follows Vietnam labor regulation.
o Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 18:00 Onsite working at Can Tho city.
o Monday – Friday: 20:00 – 23:00 Remote working.
o Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00. 13:00 – 17:00 Onsite working at Can Tho city or Hochiminh city.
● Working Location: Remote and Can Tho city.
● Transportation: Self-arrangement.
● Working Device: Self-arrangement.
