● Analyze the requirements which are requested by internal related departments such as RnD, Growth, CDX and Operations.
● Produce development plans and solution design based on the requirements.
● Review and the solution produced by other team members.
● Manage cloud infrastructure and supporting tools.
● Manage IT team to deliver software on-time and on-budget.
Development (30%):
● Follow assignment/commitment to develop the application based on requirements.
● Perform self-review and Unit Test to quality the outcome yourself.
Quality Control (30%):
● Conduct cross-review the outcome of team members to provide independent and transparent quality point of view as well as assure trustable quality on the outcome of the team.
● Conduct automation test to avoid side effect issues on the deployment process.
Improvement (10%):
● Conduct demonstrations for the stakeholders to satisfy the expectations of stakeholders as well as gathering new opportunities for improvement.
● Conduct retrospective to produce lesson learnt as well as improvement actions plan.
● Self-learning plan to improve yourself in relevant skills and technical.
● Age: 26 – 35.
● Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or Programming or similar certification.
● Knowledge of ReactJs, React Native, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Tyscript, Python.
● Knowledge in Agile Scrum working model.
● At least 1-year experience in managing an IT team.
● Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
● Knowledge of Devops, CI/CD and Automation Test.
● Confident, energetic, hardworking.
● Open and ready to change mindset.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to communicate in English. TOEIC 650 or higher.

● Working hours: Hybrid 50-50 model which 50% is remotely working and 50% is offsite working. Working hours will no more than 48h/week follows Vietnam labor regulation.
o Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 18:00 (5hrs) Onsite working at Can Tho city.
o Monday – Friday: 20:00 – 23:00 (3hrs) Remote working.
o Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00 Onsite working at Can Tho city or Hochiminh city.
● Working Location: Remote and Can Tho city/Hochiminh city.
● Transportation: Self-arrangement.
● Working Device: Self-arrangement.
● Annual Income: up to 150.000.000 đ/year.
● Paid leave: 12 days/year.
● Holiday leave: 21 days/year.
● Salary Review: twice a year by April and October.
● Bachelor Degree and related certifications.
